摘　　要：加强企业供应链的协同管理,对降低采购费用、提高采购效率,意义非常重大,而SRM系统无疑是实现企业供应链协同管理非常有力的工具。以某离散型制造业为背景,简要阐述其在SRM实施阶段蓝图设计的要点,并说明了其蓝图设计的系统实现技术及方法。It is important to reduce the procurement costs and improve procurement efficiency through enterprise supply chain coordination and very powerful tool SRM. Taking the dispersing manufacture as an example, it introduces the SRM blueprint design main point briefly, elaborates the technology and the method of system implement in detail.
