益气活血补肾法治疗急性冠脉综合症BNP的影响的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血补肾法治疗急性冠脉综合症的临床效果,特别是对于BNP指数的影响。方法:将86例急性冠脉综合症患者随机均分为两组,记录患者就诊时的BNP水平指数;对照组采取传统基础常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合中医益气活血补肾药物进行治疗;治疗结束后再次测定两组BNP指数,并进行对比同时观察两组临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为62.79%;观察组总有效率为86.05%。结论:益气活血补肾法可有效降低患者血浆中BNP的浓度,对于患者预后具有积极意义,同时具有临床疗效确切的优势。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating acute coronary syndrome with Yiqi Huoxue tonifying kidney, especially for the effects of BNP index. Methods： 86 patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, recording the patient BNP levels index saw doctor. The control group took traditional basic routine therapy, and the observation group treated plus Yiqi Huoxue tonifying kidney in TCM based on the control group; After treatment test the BNP index again, compared and observed the clinical effect of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of control group was 62.79%; The observation group was 86.05%. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue tonifying kidney can effectively reduce the BNP concentrations in plasma, has a positive meaning for the patients after treatment t, and has the exact advantage on clinical effect.
