中药四黄液洗敷治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床观察与对策

摘　　要：目的:观察中药四黄液洗敷治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果。方法:我科2005年10月至2010年3月,共收治58例糖尿病足溃疡患者,采用中西医药物治疗糖尿病及结合中药四黄液剂洗敷局部伤口。结果:经中药四黄液剂洗敷糖尿病足溃疡局部伤口,有效率86.02%,无效率13.18%。结论:患者取得较好的疗效,达到了加快溃疡创面的愈合,缓解患者疼痛,缩短治疗时间,促进患者溃疡面愈合的目的。Objective： To observe the effect on treating diabetic foot ulcer by Sihuang liquid wash. Methods： From October 2005 to March 2010, a total of 58 cases of patients with diabetic foot ulcers were treated by our department, using Chinese and Western medicine to treat diabetes plus washing local wound with Sihuang liquid. Results： Wash local wound of diabetes foot ulcer with TCM Sihuang liquid, the effective rate is 86.02%, invalid rate is 13.18%. Conclusion： The patients got better effect, achieve the purpose of accelerating ulcer wound healing, alleviating the pain of ulcer in patients, shortening the treatment time, promoting the healing of ulcers in patients.
