柴胡桂枝合吴茱萸汤治疗月经病思路探析

摘　　要：月经病为妇人杂病之一,其病因病机概括而言,不外虚、积冷、结气三个方面。因肝经血虚寒凝、胞脉气血凝滞导致的月经病较为多见,采用柴胡桂枝合吴茱萸汤加味治疗,能切中病机而获良效。依据《金匮要略》"妇人杂病脉证并治"、《内经》"厥阴肝经循行及所主病症"、《伤寒论》"小柴胡汤治疗月经病热入血室证"等经典理论,通过对临床应用柴胡桂枝合吴茱萸汤治疗肝经血虚寒凝、胞脉气血凝滞型月经病的思路予以浅析,表明柴胡桂枝合吴茱萸汤为治疗月经病的有效途径和方法。Menopathy is a disease of woman miscellaneous diseases, the etiology and pathogenesis were Buwaixu, Jileng and Jieqi. It is common that menopathy leaded to Ganjing Xuexu Hanning, Baomai Qixue Ningzhi, using the Chaihu Guizhi Hewu Zhuyu decoction to treat, can receive the good effects. According to treating woman miscellaneous diseases and pulse card of Golden chamber, Jueyin liver Jin Xuxing and its main syndrome of Neijing, treating menopathy Reru blood cavity with Xiaochaihu decotion of Shanghan thoety and other cla -ssical theory, analyzing the idea of clinical application of treating liver Jin Xueyu Hanning, Baomai Qixue Ningzhi menopathy with Chaihu Guizhi Hewu Zhuyu decoction, showed that Chaihu Guizhi Hewu Zhuyu decoction is the effective ways and means of treatment of menopathy.
