双侧多发肋骨骨折患者的临床研究及术后实施优质护理服务的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨应用双侧开胸内固定治疗双侧多发肋骨骨折患者的疗效及术后实施优质护理服务的方法和效果。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的58例双侧多发肋骨骨折患者的病例资料,所有患者均实行双侧开胸内固定手术治疗并于术后实施优质护理服务。结果所有患者无一例死亡,经优质护理服务后患者的双侧胸痛明显缓解、胸廓稳定、畸形得到了有效纠正。结论应用双侧开胸内固定治疗双侧多发肋骨骨折患者的疗效肯定,因一期手术治疗,不用进行分期手术,减少了对患者的创伤,节省了费用,优质护理服务加强了护患关系,让患者在治疗中给予积极的配合,有效地提高了治疗的疗效。Objective To investigate the implementation of bilateral thoraeotomy and internal fixation in treating bi- lateral multiple rib fractures and the efficacy and method of postoperative delivery of fine quality care. Methods Retrospec- tively analyze the clinical data of 58 cases in our hospital with bilateral multiple rib fractures, all patients were to implement bi- lateral thoracotomy and internal fixation and the high quality care services. Results None of the patients died, after the good care, the patients＇ bilateral chest pain relieved, thoracic become stable, the deformity have been effectively corrected. Conclu- sion The appliment of bilateral thoraeotomy and fixation treatment for bilateral multiple rib fractures can be affirmed, be- cause of being cured for the first course surgery, so trauma reduced, and so is the cost, moreover the quality care can enhance the nurse -patient relationship, then during the treatment, patients coordinated positively and effectively so as to improve the efficacy of treatment.
