中医治疗再生障碍性贫血所致发热疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医滋阴养血解毒法治疗再生障碍性贫血所致发热的疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予地塞米松5 mg静脉推注,每日1次,滋阴养血解毒法治疗组在对照组的基础上根据以邪实为主或以正虚为主辨证治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为85.3%,对照组总有效率为55.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论滋阴养血解毒法治疗再生障碍性贫血所致发热有良好疗效。Objective To observe the TCM immunity detoxification treatments for aplastic anemia caused by the heat of the curative effect. Methods 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups：control group gave dexamethasone 5 mg vein push note, every day 1 ,immunity detoxification method in treatment group control based on real. mainly by evil or are virtual primarily dialectical therapy. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group total effectiveness 55.9% financial burdens,with significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Immunity detoxification treat- ments for aplastic anemia caused by fever has good curative effect.
