非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内窥镜治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的手术方法、疗效及适应症。方法对笔者所在科室近年经鼻内窥镜手术治疗的26例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎进行临床分析。结果 26例原有症状均消失,术后3个月鼻内镜复查,术腔上皮化良好,术后随访6个月～2年,26例均治愈,无一例复发。结论经鼻内镜处理窦口复合体病变,保持窦口引流通畅是防止非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎复发的重要因素之一;处理筛窦病变时,鼻内窥镜能替代传统的Callwell-Luc氏手术。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of endnseopie sinus surgery on noninvasive fungal rhinosi- nusitis. Methods A elinical analysis was made on 26 eases with noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis treated by endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS）. Results Symptoms were disappeared in all patients after surgery, with epithelization in the sinus cavity at 3 months post - operation examination, and all were cured during a following - up period of 6 months to 2 years, no recurrence. Conclusion The most important things for the treatment of this coalition is to treat the lesions with os - tiomeatal complex un- der endoscope properly and to keep the ostium drainaging adequately. While ESS can be used exclusively to treat lesions in ethmoidal and sphenoid sinuses with advantages, traditional Caldwell -Luc surgery is substitutable for the treatments of nonin- vasive fungal rhinosinusitis.
