摘 要:珍稀南药胆木在自然条件下种子发芽率极低,不利于人工繁殖和资源保护。利用爱多收和赤霉素对胆木种子萌发的影响进行了研究,发现2种生长调节剂对胆木种子发芽有明显促进作用,最佳处理浓度和时间为爱多收溶液3000~4000倍浸泡10~12h,赤霉素400mg/L浸泡12h。与对照相比,分别提前了9天和8.6天,发芽势分别达到了28.3%~30.3%和32%,发芽率分别提高到32.3%~30.3%和34%。The seed germination rate of the rare medical plantNauclea officinalis under natural conditions is extremely low,and it is limiting factor to artificial propagation and resource conservation. Effects of Atonik and GA treatments on seed germination ofNauclea officinalis were determined and the treatments of both growth regulators obviously promoted seed germination ofNauclea officinalis . The optimum concentrations and time of the treatments were the 3000-4000 times solution Atonik soaking for 10-12 h,400 mg/L GA soaking for 12 h. Compared with the control,the germination time were 9 and 8.6 day earlier,the germination potentials were increased to 28.3%-30.3% and 32%,and the germination rate were 32.3%-30.3% and 34%,respectively.
