摘  要:对影响三电极火花开关分散性的诸因素进行了分析。研制的低抖动三电极火花开关选用了N2气体,主电极形状为球冠形,触发电极形状为棱形,电极材料为黄铜,对结构进行了优化。并测试了不同气压及电压条件下开关的分散性,获得了开关抖动小于2ns的结果。A low jitter three electrode gas spark gap is studied. One of the important characteristics of the three electrode gas spark gap is stability, which depends on gas type, pressure, electrode shape and material. With investigation, N 2 is chosen, geometry of trigger electrode is designed as diamond,main electrode and trigger electrode material is brass. Experimental results confirm the validity of the methode. Switch jitter which is less than 2ns has been achieved.
