摘  要:为分离、鉴定鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒,通过对辽宁阜新近郊某鸡场数群15日龄左右的病鸡的临床症状、病理变化、病毒分离、纯化、动物回归、血清学检测、病毒形态观察等检测。结果显示:被检病毒效价达到10-5.8/0.2mL,在动物回归试验中其引起发病率达100%,死亡率为83%,剖检可见法氏囊呈"紫葡萄样"外观,胸腺萎缩,骨髓脂肪化等病变,表现了超强毒株的致病特点。To isolate and identify an infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV).A series of detections, such as pathology, serological test, animal challenge and virus morphology, were applied on layer chicken died of suspected IBDV, which were found from some flocks with immune failure in Fuxin Shi suburb according to the clinical symptom,. The isolated virus was characterized as a very virulent infectious bursal disease virus (vvIBDV) because of its strong virulence pathogenicity characteristics observed in ELD50 (10-5.8 /0.2 mL), animal challenge (mortality with 83% and morbidity with 100% in inoculated 4 weeks chicken), as well as pathological changes of purple grape in bursa of fabricius, thymus decrease and fatty marrow. Conclusion is: a new infectious bursal disease virus field strain, named HQ0806, was isolated and identified.
