摘 要:采用正交设计,以齐墩果酸为对照品,采用5%香草醛冰醋酸-高氯酸显色剂,以总皂苷提取率为指标来确定金铁锁的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺如下:提取温度为70℃、乙醇浓度为80%、提取时间90min、料液比1:8,该方法成本低、结果稳定、重复性好。The orthogonal design was used to study the optimum process of extracting total saponins in Psammosilene tunicoides W.C. WU et C. Y. Wu. The oleanolic acid was selected as comparison product and 5% vanillin-acetic acid-HClO solution was selected as color-producing reagent. As an indicator, the extraction rate of total saponins was used to indicate the best extraction process. The optimum technological conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 70℃, ethanol concentration 80%, treat time 90 min, ratio of solid to liquor at 1:8. The optimized process had the advantages of low cost, stable and the excellent repeatability.
