摘　　要：针对原电机定子扇形片冲槽模具在高速冲槽机上使用后出现的各种质量问题,分别从模具主要工作零件的结构、材质的使用及制造工艺等方面进行改进。解决了崩刃、凹模炸裂和卸料不畅等问题,使冲片的合格率达100%。同时提高了模具的使用寿命,降低了模具成本。According to all the quality problems after the use of motor stator sector piece notching die in the high-speed punch slot machine,by suggesting improvement from the structure of the main working parts of die,the use of material,and manufacturing process,the defects such as the flaking,die burst,dumping blocked are overcomed,and finally the pass rate is improved to 100%,Moreover,the life of dies is improved and the cost of mould is reduced.
