摘　　要：介绍了DMG GMX 250车铣复合中心的机床特点。通过对防盗盖螺纹型芯零件特点的分析,提出了常规刀具角度偏摆的加工方法,建立了基于车铣复合中心加工的新型方案及工艺流程,解决了生产过程中出现的问题。该方案提高了产品的加工精度,降低了加工成本,经批量使用,产生了良好的经济效益。The function of DMG GMX 250 linear mill-turn center is introduced briefly in this paper.By analyzing the thread core in cap mold,the method of the common cutters＇ deflection is proposed,a new machining plan and process of this part based on the mill-turn center are presented and the problem occurred in the process is solved.As a result,the machining accuracy is improved and the cost is reduced.This method has been put into use extensively and produces a great economic benefit.
