复方元芪颗粒治疗糖耐量异常疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方元芪颗粒治疗糖耐量异常的临床疗效。方法:将63例糖耐量异常患者随机分为治疗组33例,对照组30例。对照组采取饮食与运动干预,治疗组在此基础上加用复方元芪颗粒治疗,疗程均为12周。观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素水平(2h INS)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)等的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.91%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FBG、2h BG、HbAlc水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组FBG、2h BG水平较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗后,胆固醇水平亦有一定程度的改善(P<0.05)。结论:复方元芪颗粒治疗糖耐量异常具有一定的临床疗效,且能降低胆固醇水平。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of ＂Fufang Yuanqi Granule＂ on impaired glucose tolerance （IGT）. Methods： Sixty-three cases of IGT were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. The control group were treated by diet and exercise intervention and the treatment group were treated by ＂Fufang Yuanqi Granule＂ plus above intervention with a course of 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed and the levels of fasting blood glucose （FBS）, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose （2h BG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, fasting insulin （FINS）, 2 hours postprandial insulin （2h INS） , total cholesterol （TC） , triglyceride （TG）, alanine anfinotransferase （ALT）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and serum creatitine （Scr） were tested before and after treatment. Results： The clinical effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.91% and 60.00% respectively with statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the levels of FBG, 2h BG and HbAlc of two groups decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the levels of FBG and 2h BG of treatment group were lower than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of TC of treatment group was also improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： ＂ Fufang Yuanqi Granule＂ can improve impaired glucose tolerance and decrease the level of TC.
