远红外胶贴治疗急性腰扭伤的临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:通过随机对照试验,探讨远红外胶贴治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效及不良反应。方法:76例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),治疗组给予远红外胶贴外敷,对照组给予麝香解痛膏外敷治疗。记录并统计分析患者治疗前、治疗第3天、治疗第7天的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及临床证候评分,评价临床疗效;同时观察并记录患者的不良反应,评价药物的安全性。结果:①两组经治疗后,第3天与第7天较治疗前疼痛强度均明显减轻,VAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组治疗第3天的VAS评分亦明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。②两组经治疗后第3天与第7天的临床证候积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.001);治疗组治疗第3天、第7天的临床证候评分较对照组亦明显降低(P<0.01)。③治疗组临床显效率为80.00%,对照组临床显效率为55.88%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。④观察期间,治疗组未见不良反应,对照组有2例患者出现皮肤刺激反应。结论:远红外胶贴是治疗急性腰扭伤有效且安全的药物,具有起效快的特点,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the effects and adverse reactions of far infrared herb paste （FIHP） on acute lumbar sprain through randomized controlled trial. Methods： Seventy-six patients of acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 38 ） and control group （n =38 ）. The treatment group and control group were treated by FIHP and ＂Shexiang Jietong Ointment＂ respectively. The visual analogue scale （VAS） scores and clinical symptom scores were observed before treat ment and on the 3rd and 7th day of treatment. The adverse reactions were recorded in the course of trial. Results： （1）After treatment, the VAS scores of pain in both groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈0. 001 ） and the VAS scores of treatment group were lower than control group on the 3rd day of treatment （P 〈0.01 ）. （2）After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in both groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈0. 001 ） and the clinical symptom scores of treatment group were lower than control group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. （3）The total remarkably effective rate was 80.00% and 55.88% in treatment group and control group respectively with statistical difference （ P 〈0.05 ）. （4）The dermal irritation of two cases was found in control group and there were no adverse reactions in treatment group. Conclusion ： Far infrared herb paste is an effective and safe medicine on acute lumbar sprain with the benefit of fast absorption.
