摘　　要：介绍了数字式高压冲击测量系统的硬件、软件的研制和主要功能.重点论述了高速大容量数据采样器的硬件研制,对测量分析软件的设计、程控分压器、抗干扰措施等关键技术作了说明.实际应用结果表明瞬态测量系统的技术性能优秀,实现了全数字化自动测量,完全能满足高压信号对数字化自动测量技术要求.The authors present the main functions of the high voltage,high speed and huge memory transient measurement equipment,the design of the hardware and software.The authors introduce the hardware design of the high speed,huge memory data sampler,and explain the knowhow of the design of the data analysis software,programcontrolled voltage devider and the antiinterfere measures. The equipment has a good performance on site. The automatic digital measurement is realized,which satisfies requirement of high voltage digital measmement.
