单切口多脓腔引流治疗肛周多间隙脓肿96例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨单切口多脓腔引流治疗肛周多间隙脓肿的方法，采用单切口多脓腔引流治疗肛周多间隙脓肿96例，均一次性治愈，疗程25～58d。结果表明，该方法操作简单，换药方便，疗程缩短，避免了患者二次手术的痛苦，创口愈合后肛门形态完整，生理功能正常，有效保护了肛门括约肌的功能，减少了对肛周组织的损伤。Abstract The procedure of single incision and multiple pus-cavity drainage was adopted in the treatment of 96 patients with perianal multi-space abscess. This study was to explore the efficacy so that to find out a better therapy. The all patients were cured primarily, the treatment course was 25-58 days. It is revealed that this procedure is simple in manipulation, convenient in change of dressing, shorter in treatment course, avoiding pain of second operation normal in postoperative anal contour and physiological function and less trauma in perianal tissues.
