多点结扎加消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂48例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察多点结扎加消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效，对48例直肠黏膜内脱垂患者行脱垂黏膜多点结扎加消痔灵注射治疗。结果显示，治愈9例，显效22例，有效10例，无效7例，总有效率85．4％。患者自觉症状缓解明显。结果表明，多点结扎加消痔灵注射是治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的有效方法。The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combined therapy of multi-spot ligation and injection of Xiaozhiling（ML-IX） in the treatment of the internal prolapse of rectal mucosa（IPRM）. Forty eight patients with IPRM underwent ML-IX. As results, 9 patients got cured, 22 markedly improved and 10 improved,7 no improved,the general improvement rate was 85.4%. The symp- toms were relieved notably in all the patients. It is concluded that this combined therapy is a good effective one in the treatment of IPRM.
