水垫带式输送机的研究

摘　　要：在气垫带式输送机的基础上，提出了一种新型带式输送机——水垫带式输送机，与普通托滚式输送机相比，它具有运行阻力小、承载能力大、输送平稳、防火、安全可靠等特点，有很好的应用前景．对水垫静压润滑机理，水垫装置等关键零部件设计进行了详细的分析，并借助ＣＡＤ技术对水垫带式输送机进行了模拟设计，为实际应用提供了参考依据．Based on the air supported belt conveyors, a new type of belt conveyor called water supported belt conveyor is presented. It provides a wide scope of applications for its having many good characteristics such as load capacity, smooth and steady, safety and relizbility. The lubrication analysis and the design of the key parts in the water supported device are described in detail. A simalating design for water supported belt conveyer has been made with the computer aid, which can be taken as a reference in practical applications.
