柔肝胶囊化学成分的UPLC-ESI-QTOF/MS分析

摘　　要：目的:采用液质联用技术(LC-MS)对中药柔肝胶囊(丹参、姜黄等)中的化学成分进行定性分析。方法:运用AC-QUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)柱,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱;质谱使用ESI离子源,正离子与负离子模式下采集数据。结果:通过Q-TOF/MS正、负离子质谱信息及元素组成分析并结合对照品与相关文献数据对照,共鉴定出19个化合物,主要结构类型为:水溶性酚酸类、姜黄素类、皂苷类及异黄酮类化合物。结论:本法对柔肝胶囊的成分鉴定提供一种快速准确的分析方法。AIM：To analyze and identify the chemical components in Rougan Capsule（Radix et Rhizoma Salvi-ae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Curcumae longae,etc.） by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Ioni-zation-Quadrupole Time of Flight/Mass Spectrometry（UPLC-ESI-QTOF/MS）.METHODS：These compounds were analyzed with an ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3（2.1 mm × 100 mm,1.8 μm） by gradient elution using methanol and 0.1% formic acid.ESI source was used and data were acquired in positive and negative mode.RESULTS：Nineteen compounds in Rougan Capsules were identified by direct comparison in both positive and negative modes of QTOF/MS,the elemental compositions analysis,the standard substance and the literature values,the main structural type were composed of waters soluble phenols,curcumin constituents,saponins,and isoflavones.CONCLUSION：It is a rapid and accurate method for tracing to source of compounds in Rougan Capsules.
