摘　　要：目的:研究黄心卫矛(Euonymus macropterus Rupr.)的化学成分。方法:采用色谱技术分离纯化,并通过波谱技术及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从黄心卫矛根部的乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷亚油酸酯(daucosterol linoleate,1),10-eicosanol(2),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,3),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,4),二十八烷酸(octacosanoic,5),烟酰胺(nicotinamide,6)。结论:以上化合物均尚未见从黄心卫矛中分离得到的相关文献报道。AIM：To investigate the chemical constituents of Euonymus macropterus.METHODS：Compounds were isolated by chromatography method,and their structrues were identified by NMR and MS analyses.RESULTS：Six compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Euonymus macropterus.Their structrues were identified as daucosterol linoleate（1）,10-eicosanol（2）,daucosterol（3）,β-sitosterol（4）,octacosanoic（5）,nic-otinamide（6）.CONCLUSION：Above mentioned compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
