复方苦参注射液联合沙利度胺治疗晚期原发性肝癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究复方苦参注射液(苦参、土茯苓、白茯苓、半枝莲、黄芪等)联合沙利度胺治疗晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法:将62例无手术指征的晚期原发性肝癌随机分为2组,其中治疗组31例采用在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用复方苦参注射液静滴联合口服沙利度胺,对照组31例予常规护肝、利尿、支持等治疗。结果:治疗组在近期疗效、肝区疼痛缓解率、提高生活质量(QOL)、延长生存期等方面均优于对照组。结论:复方苦参注射液联合沙利度胺能延长晚期原发性肝癌患者生存期、提高生活质量、减轻癌性疼痛,且无明显毒副作用。AIM：To study the clincal effect of Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection（Sophorae flavescentis Radix,Smilacis glabrae Rhizoma,Smilax china L,Scutellariae barbatae Herba,Astragali Radix etc）associated with Thalidomide in treating with advanced primary hepatic carcinoma.METHODS：Sixty-two patients with no surgical indications of advanced primary hepatic carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-one patients of treatment group were treated with intravenous Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection and oral Thalidomide.Thir-ty-one patients in the control group received conventional liver protection,diuretic,support treatment.RESULTS：In the treatment group,short-period efficacy,the relief of liver area pain,improving of life quality,and survival rate were better than that of the control group.CONCLUSION：Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection associated with thalidomide can prolong life-span in patients with advanced primary liver cancer and improve the quality of life,alleviate cancer pain,and has no obvious side effects.
