摘  要:目的:研究六味地黄生物制剂对残疾果蝇的寿命的影响;方法:用手术方法将果蝇造成残疾模型,模型一为剪去果蝇两侧中足的足尖,模型二为剪去果蝇一侧整个中足。通过交配实验,耐寒实验,攀爬实验来验证果蝇残疾模型成功与否,并以正常果蝇为对照。再经口喂饲残疾果蝇不同质量浓度的六味地黄生物制剂(0.1%、0.2%),并以普通培养基为空白对照组,观察其对残疾果蝇的寿命的影响;结果:两种残疾的果蝇均比正常果蝇弱势,在寿命实验中,各浓度的含药组均能不同程度地延长模型一果蝇半数死亡期、平均寿命、最高寿命,其平均延寿率分别达到29.7%、14.9%、40.7%、44.8%,同时也能延长模型二果蝇半数死亡期、平均寿命、最高寿命,其平均延寿率分别达到13.7%、10.3%、28.5%、24.2%;结论:六味地黄生物制剂具有良好的延长残疾果蝇寿命,延缓其衰老的作用。AIM:To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction metabolized by photosynthetic bacteria(LW-PSB) on life-span in crippled fruit fly(Drosophila melanogaster).METHODS:Two fruit fly models were carried out by removing the leg-tips of two sides of fruit fly middle leg(model Ⅰ)and one side of whole fruit fly middle leg(model Ⅱ),respectively.As compared with normal fruit fly,mating,cold-resistent,and climbing test were supposed to prove the crippled models to be whether effective or not.Then fed on LW-PSB,life-span of crippled models were observed in contrast with the fruit fly fed on normal culture.RESULTS:Vital signs of both models were weaker than normal fruit fly,but LW-PSB could prolong fruit fly life to some extent.In model I,median death time,average life,maximal life,and growth rate of fruit fly's life increased by 29.7%,14.9%,40.7%,and 44.8%,mean-while in model Ⅱ,by 13.7%,10.3%,28.5%,and 24.2% respectively.CONCLUSION:It is concluded that LW-PSB has satisfactory effect on postponing aging in cripple fruit fly.
