壮药土垅大白蚁菌圃多糖的分析研究

摘　　要：目的:建立土垅大白蚁菌圃多糖的分析测试方法,并进行不同产地,不同采集时间样品测定。方法:采用薄层色谱法和苯酚—硫酸比色法。结果:18个土垅大白蚁菌圃多糖样品的水解产物,均检测到D-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖、D-木糖等单糖组分,其总多糖含量为14.34%～23.91%,回收率为99.98%,RSD为0.738%。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可为评价该药材质量标准提供参考。AIM：To establish qualitative and quantitative analytical method for determining polysaccharide from Macrotermes annandalei（Silvestri）.Sampling from various picking time and habitats in Guangxi Zhuang Au-tonomous Region,in China.METHODS：TLC and phenol-sulfuric acid methods were used to qualitative and quantitative analysis of polysaccharides.RESULTS：Acid hydrolyzates of polysaccharides in eighteen samples were viewed as D-glucose,D-galactose,D-xylose and other monosaccharide chemical composition.The total polysaccha-rides content（glucose） fell within 14.34%～23.91% and the recovery was 99.98%,RSD was 0.738%.CON-CLUSION：The methods is simple,accurate,reliable,and can be used for quality control of Macrotermes an-nandalei（Silvestri）.
