摘　　要：近年来,中国与印度通过经济高速发展以及在国际事务中的显著影响,向世界宣示了两个亚洲大国的崛起。然而,各自庞大的人口规模、复杂的社会结构以及传统的文化价值观念等,在很大程度上决定了两国现代化将是一个异常艰巨复杂的过程。不同的发展道路也决定了双方在文化价值、公民道德以及国家政治理念等方面展现的软实力。In recently years, China and India through the rapid economic development and the remarkable influence in the international affairs declare to the world that the rise of two Asian countries. However, their huge populations, complex social structures and traditional cultural values etc largely determine that the two nation＇s modernization will be an exception difficult and complex process. Meanwhile, the different development path had also decided the difference between their soft power which shows in cultural value, citizen morality and national political philosophy and so on.
