摘  要:针对孤岛油田现行化学防砂剂在低温井、套变井防砂效果不理想的问题,依据树脂防砂机理,以固结岩心抗压强度为指标,通过树脂用量、固化剂用量、偶联剂用量实验研制了一种低温下具有较高固结强度的环氧树脂防砂剂,同时考察了固化时间、温度和化学介质对固结岩心抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明:环氧树脂防砂体系的最优配方如下(以石英砂质量为基准计):树脂4%+固化剂0.4%+偶联剂0.2%。按该配方在60℃水浴中固化反应24 h得到固结岩心的抗压强度高(8.5~16.8 MPa),渗透性好(≥14.1μm2),对油、水、盐、酸、弱碱介质有较好的耐受性和较好的耐温性。固化剂中的—NH—与环氧树脂中的环氧基的反应是固化反应的主要机理。The use of the current chemical sand-control agent used in Gudao Oilfield is inefficient in low temperature wells and casing deformation wells.According to resin sand-control mechanism,with the compression strength of consolidation cores as criteria,the sand-control epoxy resin with higher consolidation strength at low temperature(60℃) was developed through the screening experiments of resin dosage,curing agent dosage,coupling agent dosage,simultaneously,the several factors,influencing the compression strength of consolidation cores,such as the curing time,temperature and chemical medias was investigated.The results showed that optimal formula of sand-control epoxy resin system was as follows(based on the mass of quartz): resin 4% + curing agent 0.4% + coupling agent 0.2%.The consolidation cores,obtained according to this formula through curing in water media at 60℃ in 24 h,had high compression strength(8.5-16.8 MPa) and permeability(≥14.1 μm^2).Moreover,the cores were resistant to oil,water,salt,acid,alkali and high temperature.The major mechanism of the curing reaction was the reaction of-NH-in curing agent with epoxy in epoxy resin.
