摘  要:以丙烯酰胺为单体,在引发剂作用下与交联剂和改性剂反应生成强度较高的凝胶堵剂FH-10。确定该堵剂的最佳配方:丙烯酰胺20 g/L、改性剂25 g/L、交联剂800 mg/L、引发剂20~50 mg/L。性能测试表明,该堵剂26℃时的黏度为1.1 mPa.s,易泵送易注入,75℃成胶时间≥4 h,反应8 h后的成胶黏度约5 Pa.s,成胶强度大于在用聚丙烯酰胺类强、弱凝胶。在石117储层岩心中,FH-10堵剂、弱凝胶、强凝胶的注入压力分别约0.4、20、9 MPa,突破压力分别为8、<13、.5 MPa,封堵率分别为97.6%8、1.3%、93.0%。FH-10堵剂可抗50 g/L CaCl2,形成的凝胶75℃下放置30 d不破胶。现场施工两口井,其中一口井已累计增油3635 t。The FH-10 water block agent was synthesized from acrylamide monomer,crosslinking agent and modifier under the action of initiator.The best formula of the FH-10 was: 20 g/L acrylamide,25 g/L modifier,800 mg/L crosslinking agent,and 20—50 mg/L initiator.The viscosity of FH-10 agent was of 1.1 mPa·s at 26℃ with good pumpability and injectivity.The gelling time was above 4 h at 75℃ and the viscosity of formed gel was about 5 Pa·s after 8 hrs which was better than that of strong polyacrylamide gel and weak polyacrylamide gel.In the cores of Shi117,the injecting pressures of FH-10,weak gel and strong gel were about 0.4 MPa,20 MPa and 9 MPa,the breakthrough pressures were of 8 MPa,〈1 MPa and 3.5 MPa,and the plugging ratio were of 97.6%,81.3% and 93.0%,respectively.The FH-10 agent was resistant to 50 g/L CaCl2 and kept stable without breakdown at 75℃ in 30 days.It was applied in two wells on site,and the cumulative quantity of oil in one well was of 3635 t.
