摘  要:将化学洗油剂和低频谐振波用于提高油田油砂洗油率。通过复配洗油剂洗油效果实验,优选出适合该油田的最佳复配洗油剂为15~20 g/L NaOH+20~25 g/L Na2CO3+9~12 g/L XY。在此基础上,结合低频谐振波的振动原理,考察了谐振波参数对洗油效果的影响。结果表明,低频谐振波频率25~40 Hz,加速度大于0.6 m/s2,作用时间12 min时,洗油率最高可达97.26%。与单独使用复配化学洗油剂相比,低频谐振波下的复配化学洗油剂的洗油效果和洗油速度均有所提高,表明低频谐振波清洗技术可用于油砂洗油。It was used to enhance oil displacement efficiency of oil sand by chemical oil displacements and low-frequency resonant wave.The best formula of the compound oil displacement agent was:15—20 g/L NaOH,20—25 g/L Na2CO3,9—12 g/L XY.On this basis,based on the vibration principle of low-frequency resonant wave,the influence of parameters of resonant wave on oil displacement effect was investigated.The results showed that the oil displacement efficiency of compound oil displacement agent could be more than 97% with the frequency of low-frequency resonant wave between 25—40 Hz,acceleration0.6 m/s^2 and action time 12 min,which was higher than compound oil displacement agent alone in both displacement effect and rate.The study indicated that the technology of low-frequency resonant wave could be used in oil sand cleaning.
