采煤机链轨架准贝氏体铸钢的研制

摘　　要：研究了准贝氏体铸钢的组织结构、力学性能及耐磨性。将准贝氏体铸钢应用于采煤机链轨架。试验结果表明，准贝氏体铸钢的各项性能指标均优于国内现行链轨架材质性能，实体拉伸性能达到进口铸件的性能。准贝氏体铸钢在高强度铸件方面具有广阔的应用前景。In the paper, microstructure, mechanical properties and wear properties are studied. The chain guide frame of coal cutting machine is produced with metabainited cast steel. The results show that the meto-bainited cast steel values of various properties are advantageous over those present in use, and tensile prOperties are up to those of imported castings. The meta-bainited cast steel has a broad application prospect in high strength castings.
