摘　　要：自2004年以来,高昂的房价不仅一直居高不下,反而呈上升趋势。深入剖析我国房地产价格居高不下的原因,并采取有效政策措施控制房地产价格上涨,对促进我国房地产市场的健康稳定发展,具有现实而重要意义。Since 2004,real estate high prices didn＇t fall down,but rising,and showing ascendant trend.It＇s significant to explore the reasons of China＇s Real Estate high prices,take effective measures to control it,and promote a healthy and stable development of the housing market.
