摘　　要：相互持股作为资产重组的重要手段起着越来越重要的作用,但我国公司法对相互持股并没有给予足够的重视,相关规定也存在明显的不足。本文拟就公司相互持股的相关问题进行探讨,并提出一些完善的建议。Corporate cross shareholing,a key method to facilitate assets reorganization,is playing an increasingly mportant role in China though,the laws and regulations in China is paying far less enough attention to corporate cross shareholding.This essay attempts to explore the related issues and tries to suggest some possible solutions to achieve the improvement of th related legal system.
