摘　　要：Ceftaroline fosamil是一种新型N-膦酰基水溶性头孢菌素,2010年10月获得美国FDA上市批准,本文对ceftaroline fosamil的合成方法进行了归纳总结。Ceftaroline fosamil is a novel water-soluble N-phosphono cephalosporin, is approvaled by U.S. FDA in October 2010, the synthetic routes of ceftaroline fosamil were summarized in this paper.
