摘　　要：介绍美国、日本和中国铁道客车空调机组标准的发展概况。在叙述我国铁道客车及其空调技术发展的基础上,指出TB/T1804—2003《铁道客车空调机组》存在的问题,详细叙述对《铁道客车空调机组》的修订情况,并对TB/T1804—2009《铁道客车空调机组》的贯彻实施提出建议。The author introduces the development situation of standards on passenger wagon air-conditioning unit in USA,Japan and China.On the basis of reviewing the development of China railway passenger wagon and the air-conditioning techniques,the author points out that there are problems in the TB/T 1804—2003＂Air-conditioning Unit of Passenger Wagon＂.The modification on the ＂Air-conditioning Unit of Passenger Wagon＂ is explained in detail,and proposals on how to implement the TB/T 1804—2009＂Air-conditioning Unit of Passenger Wagon＂ are given.
