摘　　要：为了满足北方浮标冬季抗冰的活节式灯标及海区各港口航道的浮标等助航设施的抛设、撤除、检查、维修等工作,从满足航标作业设备的需求、提高工作效率以及安全稳定性等方面开展新一代大型航标船作业设备设计研究及选型布置,该创新技术,促进了我国航标作业、航标管理、航标维护的发展,填补了技术空白。In order to performing laying and retrieval operation and inspection and repair work of navigation marks,especially,ice proof lighted spar marks of movable joint type in winter at the northern frozen area,the facilities for a big buoy laying workboat of new generation is studied and the layout designed.The design takes the needs of buoy operation into full consideration and pays much attention to work efficiency and safety.The development of the boat fills the gap in technology and benefit the upgrading the operation and administration of navigation marks in China.
