摘　　要：针对如何能够方便、直观地获取船舶周围海区气象信息,为岸上船舶管理人员提供集成、有效的气象信息支持的问题,提出了基于网络电子海图的海洋气象信息服务系统。在ArcGIS Server开发平台WebADF以及.NET集成开发环境的支持下,实现了自动、实时地将船舶动静态信息及其周围海洋气象信息融合于网络电子海图的构想,改变了目前海洋气象信息服务大多基于C/S模式的现状。通过系统的运行效果证明,该系统对于船舶安全监管、高效调度和岸基服务具有十分重要的意义。With the aim of providing shore based fleet management staff with effective integrated meteorological information of vessel surroundings at ready and in straightforward form,a marine meteorological information service system based on web electronic chart is proposed.Supported by the development platform WebADF of ArcGIS Server and NET Framework,meteorological and ship dynamic or static information is integrated into the web electronic chart automatically in real time,a new approach compared to common C/S based marine meteorological information service systems.Running of the system indicates that it helps a good deal in ship＇s safety supervision,efficient management and shore-based services.
