摘　　要：本文提出医院学科群发展要有评价指标体系去衡量,评价指标体系要体现公益性,学科群发展的评价指标体系必须与公益性相一致,与公共卫生相对应,与医院发展和社会公益相平衡。Subject groups development can be evaluated with index system.And the evaluation index system should reflect the public interest,so the evaluation index system of subject group must be consistent with the public welfare,correspond with public health,hospital development and social welfare.
