摘　　要：为提高医院为部队服务水平,切实将"军人优先"制度落到实处,医院以"全心全意为部队伤病员"服务为根本理念,推出包括:建立健全为部队服务领导组织、推行"后计价"制度、建立军人临时休息室、建立军人内科等一系列措施,用以整合医院优势资源,满足军队患者日益增高的医疗服务需求,从而对完善军队医院为部队服务制度进行深入探讨。To further improve the healthcare service for military troops and fulfill the principle of ＂Soldier First＂,the military hospital followed the service guideline of ＂serving the military patients with heart and soul＂, and took some new methods,such as strengthening the leadership and organization of serving for the army,pushing the later payment system,providing the lobby for army patients and the department of internal medicine for army patients.In this way,the advantageous health resources of the hospital are integrated so as to meet the demands of military patients for the health care services and improve the mechanism of hospitals＇ serving for military troops.
