重庆市万州农村地区土源线虫病感染现况调查

摘　　要：目的明确万州当前农村地区人群土源性线虫病感染状况，为寄生虫病防治提供科学依据。方法应用多阶段分层整群抽样方法从万州42个农村镇乡按照东南西北随机抽取4个村作为调查点，用改良加藤厚涂片法查蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、肝吸虫虫卵，用透明胶纸法查蛲虫卵，每个调查点调查人数不得少于500人。结果共检出5种土源线虫感染；总感染率为15．88％（327／2059）；蛔虫、钩虫、蛲虫、鞭虫、肝吸虫的感染率依次为10．93％（225／2059）、6．41％（132，2059）、2．34％（9／383）、1．75％（36／2059）、0．19％（4／2059）。壤渡镇感染率最高为23．40％（117／500），而分水镇最低10．16％（51／502）。20岁以上年龄组人群土源性线虫感染率最高，虫卵总检出率为18．67％（289／1548）；其次为3～6岁年龄组人群虫卵检出率为10．00％（16／160）；最低为13～19岁年龄组人群，其检出率3．15％（4／128）。结论万州区人群土源线虫总感染率15．88％介于全国中度流行区感染率水平，应加强农村地区的改水改厕工作，强化学前儿童及中小学生等目标人群的寄生虫病防治知识的普及，对重点人群每年进行驱虫治疗。Aim To get the inflectional status of soil nematode in the rural area of Wanzhou District,Chongqing Municipality and offer scientific basis for making control measures. Methods There four villages （Gaocun in Nangdu County; Mingyi in Longiu County; Shinian in Fenshui County; Gucheng in Xiongjia County） were selected from 42 countries in Wanzhou District as surveying sites by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. The number of eggs of roundworm, hookworm,whipworm ,liver trematode was surveyed by using modified kato thick smear method and the number of pinworm egg was surveyed by using transparent tape method. The minimum number of inhabitants surveyed in each sites was 500. Results There five species of soil nematodes were idientified and the total infection rate was 15.9%; and the infection rates of roundworm, hookworm, pinworm, whipworm , liver trematode were 10.9%, 6.4%, 2.4%, 1.8%, 0.2%, respecrtively. The infection rate in theinhabitants over 20 years old was the highest being 18.7%,followed by those aged 3-6 years（lO.0%） and the lowest was the age group of 13-19 years （3.1%）. Conclusion The infection rate of soil nematodes is high in Wanzhou District and integrated control measures be carried out to reduce the infection rate and protect the health of the ~ inhabitants.
