降雨环境下交通安全影响因素贡献度研究

摘　　要：降雨是一种典型的不良气候条件,对道路交通安全具有重要影响。通过分析降雨对驾驶员、车辆、道路所产生的不同影响,运用灰色关联分析法比较各因素之间的贡献度。研究表明,在降雨条件下驾驶员生理、心理变化程度与降水量及持续时间密切相关;驾驶员因素对交通系统安全性的影响最大,而车辆因素的影响偏小。该研究对深入解析降雨环境下道路交通事故成因,制定特定恶劣气候条件下道路交通运输系统安全预防理论体系,具有重要价值。Rainfall is a kind of typical bad climate condition,which has important effect on road traffic safety.By analyzing different effects of rainfall on driver＇s factor,vehicle factor and road condition factor,analysis of Grey Incidence was used to compare degree of contribution with each factor.Researchs indicated that the degree of driver＇s physical and psychological changes under rainfall is related not only to rainfall rate but also its duration,moreover,the safety of transport system is most involved in driver＇s factor,and the impact of vehicle＇s is smaller.The study plays an improving role both in analyzing deeply to causes of road traffic accidents and in formulating the safety precaution theory system of road transport system in specifically bad weather.
