摘  要:利用溶剂脱沥青装置加工处理高密度的阿曼和巴士拉混合纯渣油,在适宜的操作条件下,考察了装置的最大处理量和脱沥青油的收率,分析了脱沥青油和脱油沥青的产品性质。结果表明:溶剂脱沥青装置处理纯渣油时,由于纯渣油物性极差,导致脱沥青油收率为30.78%,脱油沥青收率为69.22%,装置能耗相比加工原混合原料时增加了28.38%。The high-density residue oil was processed in the solvent deasphalting unit. Under the appropriate operating conditions, the maximum capacity and deasphalted oil yield were investigated, and the properties of deasphalted oil and de-oiled asphalt were analyzed. The results showed that, when the unit processed reside, the yield of deasphlated oil was 30.78% and that of de-oiled asphalt was 69.22%. The energy consumption of the unit was increased by 28.38% as compared with processing mixed feed.
