丽珠胃三联治疗幽门螺杆菌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丽珠胃三联根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的临床疗效。方法:2005年1月～2007年12月收治幽门螺杆菌感染者149例,实施根除标准方案中进行改良临床治疗回顾分析。结果:临床观察,对照组组疗程1周,根除率75.64%;治疗组组疗程2周,根除率87.32%。两组根除率相比较其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丽珠胃三联根除幽门螺杆菌有效、安全。Objective： Observation method stomach sanlian eradication of helicobacter pylori （Hp） clinical curative effect. Methods： To January 2005 - 2007 December treatment of 149 helicobacter pylori infection eradication of implementation of standard solutions for clinical treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The clinical observation group： one week, eradicate rate for 75.64% ,2 87.32% group two weeks. Two groups compared to the eradication rates are statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Detergent stomach sanlian eradication of helicobacter pylori effective and safe.
