摘  要:为探索甲酸、蔗糖及晾晒对无芒雀麦青贮效果的影响,分别对新鲜或晾晒无芒雀麦添加甲酸或蔗糖后青贮。室内贮藏360d后取样分析,结果表明:晾晒后无芒雀麦原料的水分含量从65%左右下降至约50%,粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗脂肪(EE)、水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)等养分含量无显著变化;晾晒无芒雀麦青饲料的pH显著增加(P〈0.05);但乳酸(P〈0.05)和氨态氮(P〈0.01)含量减少。添加甲酸能够极显著降低无芒雀麦青贮饲料pH值(P〈0.01),提高乳酸含量(P〈0.01),降低乙酸含量(P〈0.01);添加蔗糖能够降低无芒雀麦青贮饲料pH值(P〈0.01)和乙酸含量(P〈0.05),提高乳酸含量(P〈0.01);添加甲酸和蔗糖都能够极显著降低氨态氮含量(P〈0.01)。晾晒、添加甲酸或蔗糖对无芒雀麦青贮饲料的CP、NDF、ADF、Ash、EE等养分含量和干物质保存率无显著影响,对硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量也无显著影响。与原料相比,青贮后硝酸盐含量下降54%~57%,亚硝酸盐含量有所增加。The effects of formic acid and sucrose on fresh or wilted smooth brome silage were studied.The smooth brome silage was analyzed after storage for 360 days indoor.The results showed that the moisture content of smooth brome declined from 65% to about 50%,and that wilting had no significant effect on nutrient content such as CP,NDF,ADF,Ash,EE,WSC,but the pH of smooth brome silage increased significantly(P0.05) and the content of lactic acid(P0.05) and ammonia nitrogen(P0.01)decreased significantly after wilted.The pH of smooth brome silage and the lactic acid content(P0.01) decreased significantly after supplemented with formic acid,but the acetic acid content increased significantly(P0.01).The ammonia nitrogen content of smooth brome silage,supplemented with formic acid or sugar,increased significantly(P0.01).Addition of formic acid or sucrose in smooth brome had no significant effect on CP,NDF,ADF,Ash,EE,the preserved rate of dry matter,nitrate and nitrite,but the nitrate content treated with formic acid treatment or the sugar decreased by 54% ~ 57%,the nitrite content increased in comparison with raw material.
