摘　　要：职业分化是作坊式生产方式发展到社会化大生产的产物,职业生涯理论作为职业发展的指导理论也是随着社会环境的变化不断演变的。本文主要结合社会发展实际阐述了职业理论的发展历程,评述了这些理论的优点和不足,并对以后的研究方向作了进一步展望。Occupational diversification is the result of mill production mode to socialized production product.In this paper,combining the actual social conditions and the development of career theories,reviews the advantages and disadvantages,and predicted the further research direction in the future.
