摘　　要：从图形设计、图形优化、点位精度、经济效益等方面讨论了水电站施工控制网的一些技术问题，探讨了施工控制网的整体布设与实施， 并提出了区域垂直折光系数的确定方法。The paper discussed some technique questions of construction control network for hydropower station from the aspects of figure design and optimization, point position precision, economic performance, etc. It delves into the aggregate arrangement of construction control network and its execution. A method to make certain the region vertical refraction coefficient is advanced.
