摘　　要：本文提出了汾河河道治理的标准和治理范围，进行综合治理，确保工程质量和效益。In this paper,several proposals to harnessing mother like river are put forward. It is worth while pointing out that the writer refers to the fact that viewing the correction experience from the area above the Fenhe Reservoir I,the forest conserving and increasing is just the water conserving and increasing,combining the soil and water conservation with the forestry,the overall benefit will be in an optimum state.The mother like river here refers to the Fenhe River,the largest river in Shanxi Province.
