摘　　要：通过对BJ212轮壳螺栓热处理工艺的小型及工业性试验，提出了解决其低扭矩脆断问题的浅淬硬层C－N共渗淬火工艺及回火方法．By the small-scale and industial tests of heat treatment for the wheel hull bolt of BJ212 automabile, a quenching technology as well as the tempering method for small-layer carbonitriding to solve the question on low torgue has been advanced.
