摘 要:目的:建立利用第12胸椎形态学指标判定国人性别的方法并对其判定效果进行评价。方法:应用腹部CT图像重建三维模型,在第12胸椎模型的7个测量面测量25项指标,并计算出4个比值指标;筛选其中有性别差异的项,建立性别判定的方程式并评价其判别效果。结果:29个指标(24项长度指标和4项比值指标)中有27项的性别差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其判别准确率为56.3%~89.2%;有8项指标判别准确率为80%及以上;判别率最高的指标为椎骨下表面矢状位长(iVL),达89.2%。应用逐步判别分析法分析,得到一判别准确率达到90.8%的判别方程:Y=2.98×iBDsm+1.97×PH+3.37×BHp+3.27×sVL/BHa-32.80(meancentroids=-7.69)。结论:第12胸椎的形态学指标对判定中国人性别具有可行性和较高的准确性。Objective To establish the method of using the 12th vertebra for sex deter mination of adult Chinese andevaluate its effect. Methods The 12th thoracic vertebra was developed by the clinic abdomen CT i mages . Atotal of25 linear measure ments on 7 aspects of the vertebra were measured and 4 ratios were calculated . The ite ms wereselected which had the significant difference to establish the sex deter mination equation and was effect . Results Ofthe total 29 traits,27 were sexually di morphic(P 〈0. 05) ,the accuracy was 56. 3 %-89. 2 %,8 traits had theaccuracies mean or over 80. 0 %;The trait i VL had the highest accuracy of 89 . 2 %. Afunction with four variablespredicting sex with 90. 8 % accuracy was derived by using stepwise method of discri minant function analysis:Y =2. 98 ×iBDs m+ 1. 97 × P H + 3. 37 × BHp + 3. 27 × s VL/BHa-32. 80(mean centroids =-7. 69). Conclusion Themethod of using the selected traits for sex deter mination of adult Chinese is practicable and has a relatively high accuracy.
