摘　　要：目的:探讨高脂饮食诱导肥胖(OP)和肥胖抵抗(ORP)大鼠激素敏感性脂肪酶基因(hsl)外显子8(e8)部分片段(17329—17705bp)单链构象多态分布。方法:雄性清洁级SD大鼠饲养13周后,根据体重增量分为OP组与ORP组。检测血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖水平。采用聚合酶链式反应-单链构象多态性分析(PCR-SSCP)方法,检测各组大鼠hsl外显子8(e8)多态分布。结果:各组胆固醇、甘油三酯及血糖含量均无显著性差异(p>0.05)。F1/R1引物扩增产物表现出两种基因型,在OP和ORP组间的分布无显著性差异(p>0.05);F2/R2引物扩增产物表现为一种基因型。结论:推测hsle8部分区域具有多态分布,但与体重等性状无相关性。Objective In order to explore the relationship of single nucleotide polymorphisms in the part of the extro 8 sequence of hormone sensitive lipase gene（17329bp-17705bp）in sprague-dawley rats with obesity and obesity resistance.Methods：Male SD rats were divided into op.group and ORP group according to the weight incremental after feeding 13 weeks.The Triglyceride and cholesterol,blood sugar was detected.The Single-strand Conformation Polymorphism Distribution of the Fragments of hsl Gene Extro 8 was examined by using polymerase chain reaction and single strand conformation polymorphism（PCR-SSCP）.Results：The cholesterol,triglyceride and blood glucose levels showed no significant differences between each group（p0.05）.F1/R1 primer amplification product showed two genotypes.There were no significant differences between OP and ORP group（p0.05）.F2/R2 primer amplification product showed one genotypes.Conclusion：The polymorphic distribution exists in part areas of hsle8.But it was not correlated with the body weight.
