电话回访对地震后灾区髋关节置换术患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电话回访对地震后灾区髋关节置换患者术后康复的影响。方法选择我科进行髋关节置换术患者64例,将2006年1月—2008年5月（地震前）的32例作为对照组,将2008年9月—2010年6月（地震后）的32例作为试验组。试验组除采用常规的康复训练外,在患者出院后3个月内由主管护士每周进行2~3次的电话回访,对照组只采用常规的康复训练和出院后的一次电话回访。3个月后来院检查髋关节功能恢复情况。结果试验组患者康复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电话回访能明显促进地震后灾区髋关节置换患者的康复。Objective To study the influence of telephone follow-up on the rehabilitation of patients with hip arthroplasty in stricken areas by Earthquake.Methods 64 cases of hip arthroplasty in hospital were divided into control group（32 cases before the Earthquake from January 2006 to May 2008） and experiment group（32 cases after the Earthquake from September 2008 to June 2010）.Besides the routine rehabilitation training,the experiment group were given telephone follow-up 2 to 3 times a week in the 3 months after release from hospital by the charge nurses.The control group were given only the routine rehabilitation training and telephone follow-up once after release from hospital.The rehabilitations of hip were evaluated 3 months later.Results There were significant differences between the experiment group and the control group in the rehabilitation effect（P0.05）.Conclusion The telephone follow-up can obviously improve the rehabilitation of patients with hip arthroplasty in stricken areas by Earthquake.
