摘　　要：苏丹达尔富尔危机在20世纪80年代就已经爆发,20世纪末中央权力斗争的地方化使其进一步恶化。达尔富尔地区长期的边缘化,以及中央政府对阿拉伯人的偏袒导致非阿拉伯人的不满,直接酿成富尔人、扎加瓦人和马萨利特人等对中央政府的武装反抗。这场危机的真正解决不仅需要政府采取公正立场,在各族体间实现权力平衡、资源共享、共同发展,同时需要中央政府处理好国家发展现实与伊斯兰理想之间的矛盾。The crisis in Darfur broke out in 1980s and worsened due to the localization of the struggle over central power at the end of 20th century. Darfur and feud among non-Arabs led to the armed resistance Fur, Zaghawat, Masalit. The solution to the crisis relies on The long-term marginalization of against central government by the not only the central government＇s impartiality on power balancing, resource sharing and common development among ethnic groups, but also its handling of the conflict between the reality of national development and Islamic dreams.
